Review: Wonderful, lovely ball, I love it so much! I have a pink one and now took the lilac for a friend. It’s a great tool for kinesiology, Pilates, home training and yoga. Easy to use, you don’t need anything other than your mouth in order to inflate it and you can take easily deflate it and take with you on trips, it doesn’t occupy much space. For a better mobility deflate it until it’s half full - and lay on it relaxed on the floor for 10-20 minutes, placing it under your chest and under your back in different points of your spine 💜
